絵金是該酒藏高階之作 酒標也使用了該畫作，用著當地紀念活躍於19世紀末的藝術家広瀬金蔵* 該作品使用山田錦40%精密步合+當地中軟水+配合純手工製作 成就出獨特的爽快但豐厚的味道 餘韻悠長
 
*1800年代出生於高知的怪誕派畫家「広瀬金蔵」應運而生的特別祭典。綽號「絵金」的「広瀬金蔵」喜愛將歌舞伎中最荒誕、恐怖的一幕描繪在屏風上，尤其擅以大量的黑色和紅色來表現猛鬼、殺戮、血腥的場面。由於広瀬金蔵曾在赤岡町開設藝廊，當地至今也保留了許多珍貴的屏風繪，每年絵金祭り期間，當地的歌舞伎座不僅會上演特別的土佐絵金歌舞伎，還會在「絵金蔵」公開展示擁有超過150年歷史的屏風繪作。

The label of the bottle is used to commemorate the local artist Hirose Kinzou who was active in the late 19th century.
 
This sake is using ancient handmade method by using Yamada Nishiki (with rice grains polished to 40%), together with underground medium-soft spring water in the area. A unique refreshing, rich flavor with a long aftertaste.
